It is hard to find a creative place or a happening joint or even a home, where there are no wall hangings and where there is no sign of any poster kind of decorative pieces. These decorate very beautifully and people find it the most convenient art stuff to add on a wall. Nowadays, youngsters and children are very fond of hip hop posters. These posters have photographs of hip hop music heroes with their cool accessories and attitude. But there is a big problem.

The problem is that these posters are not available easily. You can only find posters of the most famous hip hop artists like Akon, that too in less variety. Now, if you want to decorate your place with a large size poster of Craig David or Beastie Boys, then it would be hard to find them. But now, you need not to worry about variety as online shops are making available the most classical as well as latest hip hop posters.

There are various websites which sell classical hip hop posters on the reasonable prices. Do they have one or more than two eyes? Are they different than you in physical composition and disposition? Why do you consider them inferior to you in any way? Just because they do not possess a degree as you do?

Is that the way to treat fellow humans? Is that what your high-flying degree taught you morally? What are you trying to achieve here by flaunting your degree? Those that do not have a degree also work, also earn. They also stay happy. Just that they are denied jobs where they would suit perfectly for lack of a degree, nothing else.

But that alone is too much. That is denial of opportunity to the worthy, which is a moral crime. Why would you not employ a person who is twice as much experienced as the other applicant, just because the experienced doesn’t hold a degree to satisfy your requirements?

Universities like Almeda University started giving out degrees to counter this prejudice. The university was met with much upheaval. Why? Why do you deny the worthy their right? They are much experienced than you, is that a crime? They are more skilled at handling the job than you because you only studied for it, they have been doing it. Is that a problem, by any chance?

Why do you try and thwart the attempts made by such universities to bring equality to the employment horizon? Why can’t you accept path-breaking efforts? Any digression from the normal is met with a roadblock. Why? Is that what you call progress?

Forget progress, the nation will not even stagnate if the trend continues. The figures show that there are more people who drop out of universities than those who pass and get a degree. If there are not enough degreed to satisfy the demand of the corporate world, what are you going to do?

Think.

The human body is equipped to heat itself in winter and cool itself in summer. The cooling effect is done through sweating and perspiration. We sweat when we work out and the body gets warm and heated, we sweat when we are out in the hot sun or when the weather is humid and warm. The sweat glands do their work and the body remains in a normal condition of warmth and moisture. The normal body temperature of 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit or 36.9 degrees Celsius is maintained by over five million sweat glands.

However sometimes they may go haywire. They may overdo their job, causing the person to perspire too much, much more than the average. The palms of the hands, the soles of feet, the face, the armpits and other parts of the body sweat, giving out unflattering odor and a slippery, wet feeling. This is more embarrassing if we are meeting a person for the first time and cannot shake hands as the hands are clammy and wet. Or if we are interviewing someone or appearing for an examination or test. We feel embarrassed and shy.

Our dress stains, and our hands becomes wet, we cannot drive properly and have to continuously use a tissue, or we cannot cook properly, all because of excessive moisture. This condition, which is quite a common one, it is called hyperhidrosis. There are different names for different types of hyperhidrosis. Profuse sweating of the face is called facial hyperhidrosis and excessive sweating in the armpits is called axillary hyperhidrosis. The cause of this condition of our body parts is not known but the nervous system and the sweat glands can be held responsible for it.

Axillary hyperhidrosis can cause embarrassing wet marks on shirts and blouses. One has to keep on changing the dress all the time which may not always be possible. In such cases one looks very unkempt and society frowns upon them. Also colored clothes may run and merge with other colors in the shirt or blouse causing embarrassment.

Though hyperhidrosis is not such a bad condition or disease, one cannot ignore it. Many people do so and often it goes away as one grows up, especially in cases where adolescence is the reason for hyperhidrosis. But if it is too excessive then medical intervention can help. After studying the situation, the doctor may suggest surgery where the excess sweat glands are cut off, or the nerves are conditioned, thus solving the problem.

Buenavista golf is a beautiful course sometimes called the Pebble Beach of Tenerife. It is situated in the North East of the Tenerife Island next to the Teno Mountain range. Buenavista Golf has been designed by Seve Ballesteros on the cliffs of this stunning natural area protected rural park, and the mountains behind.

This Tenerife course was opened in 2003 and offers a breath taking layout along the rugged coastline of Isla Baja where several of the greens are on the cliffs edge giving the impression they are suspended in air.

The course has been designed to challenge golfers and to be enjoyed by all golfers. Tenerife has the perfect golfing climate all year round with an average temperature of 23 degrees and very little rainfall.

Buenavista has some great holes; the following is information and playing tips for some of them.

Hole 3 is a sharp dog leg to the left where to long a drive will find the bunkers just off the fairway. The green is protected by two large bunkers in front and another left side bunker.

Hole 5 has a tight fairway and you don’t want to be anywhere other than the middle. There is a lake to the right and left before you reach the green and bunkers protecting the sides and back.

Hole 9 needs to be looked at and thought about. Club selection and direction are important due to fairway bunkers on the right and left side before the fairway turns to the left. The best approach to the green is from the right side but stay on the fairway. The green has a bunker in front and two lakes to the left.

Hole 15 is a long par 3 where the green is on the edge of the cliff. The wind can make club selection tricky, but don’t go over.

Hole 16 runs parallel with the coast and offers some magnificent views. It is a doge leg to the left, where you don’t want to drive to long or you will find the tree. The green is quite small and has a bunker in front on the right.

Hole 18 is a beautiful finishing hole par 5 with a very difficult approach to the green. You want to keep the drive as close to the left as possible as there are bunkers on the right and this is the easier approach shot. In front of the green is water, either a river or a lake depending on your approach.

Buenavista Golf Course has a clubhouse where you can enjoy the bar and restaurant from the different terraces offering stunning views of the course and the Atlantic Ocean.
